Above information is how the hotel presents itself on their website.
Below is my experience based on a one-night stay at the property.
My arrival experience: Fast check in. No escort to the room.
What I loved: The value for money. It's one of the cheapest members of Design Hotels.
What about the service: I talked to five different staff members.
What about the rooms: Contemporary and a bit like some of the hotels in the Design Hotels-collection. That being said, it is one of the cheapest hotels in the Design Hotels-collection and you get what you pay for. Comfortable bed, flatscreen Tv, but no separate shower from the bathtub.
Number of rooms: 84.
Type of property: Design hotel.
Complimentary internet: No. Despite listening free of charge internet on Tripadvisor, it is only offered free of charge in the lobby. Other hotels that only offer free internet in the lobby, don't list it as free of charge on Tripadvisor, and I would recommend the hotel to change it to avoid disappointments. Must be the only member of Design Hotels to charge for in-room internet. I had room 101, and the internet wasn't working. On a small area of the room, I was able to reach the free wi-fi signal from the lobby. Very disappointing experience and not what I expected from a member of Design Hotels.
